Here you will find information about the services I offer and how I understand and practice them. Although psychotherapy, supervision, and professional training have different goals, they all rest on the same belief: people grow best in relationships based on trust, safety, and curiosity.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

Psychotherapy<\/h3>\t\t\t

I understand psychotherapy as a process in which people can rediscover, at their own pace, their relationship with themselves. Often, they end up in therapy not because they want change, but because it has already begun. I believe that much of the therapeutic process takes place in that space between “no longer” and “not yet”, where the old ways of living are no longer enough and the new ones have not yet taken shape.<\/p>\n

I believe that every inner obstacle was once a solution. That’s why I approach each person with respect for how they have organized themselves mentally and try to create a safe enough space for new meanings and new possibilities to emerge. Supervision<\/h3>\t\t\t

I understand and practice supervision as a living dialogue between colleagues, in which everyone brings their contribution and expertise, in different ways. I believe that the therapist presenting a clinical case knows their client better than I do, and one of my roles is to help them hear what they already know and together create silence around their thinking and feeling, so that new meanings can emerge.<\/p>\n

Any clinical topic, any professional question, or ethical dilemma can be brought up in a supervision session. Together, we try to understand both the blockages that make therapy difficult and the resources that can support the therapeutic process.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

Training<\/h3>\t\t\t

I approach teaching as a shared learning process. The courses I prepare always start from questions that are already alive for me, whether they arise from clinical practice or from my personal journey. As I delve deeper into a topic and find its meaning, the desire to share it further naturally arises.<\/p>\n

I believe that learning is not only a process of accumulating information, but also one of internal reorganization. That’s why I try to build a space where people can express their curiosity and competence, think together, and honor that space between “no more” and “not yet” that appears when something new begins to organize itself within us.<\/p>\n

I think one of the things I try to model and encourage in all my classes is the courage to think with your own mind, without losing your connection to others.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>
