On our first session I focus on understanding the client’s distress and on seeing how I can provide a space where they feel welcomed, met in their emotions, and genuinely understood. One sessions is often enough for us to get an idea of what needs to be addressed, experience together how therapy feels, and decide whether we wish to continue. My commitment is to provide the best treatment I can that facilitates health, growth and resilience. Having these restored is healing in and of themselves, and then any other emotional outcome can be achieved.
Individual work
For a 60 minute session the fee is 300 RON. Depending on the circumstances, I can offer 1.5 hour sessions and the fee is 400 RON. If, for any reason, you cannot afford this fee please let me know, and we can agree on a discounted rate.
Group work
Group sessions are 2.5 hours long and cost 250 RON/person/session. There are no groups running at the moment.
